Invited by Yantai Development and Reform Commission of Shandong Province, the Secretary General of CODA Mr. HE Zhenwei went to Yantai city and gave a lecture of the opportunities and challenges as well as the countermeasures amongst the overseas investment and development to the representatives from local agencies and companies at Yantai Training College on October 25th, 2018.
