The organizing committee of COIFAIR has unit exhibition positions for promotion seminars available for rent within certain period of time during the event. Promotion seminars help exhibitors better promote their projects by introducing their investment environment, financial services they provide and other third-party services to the targeted investors through customized introduction, one-on-one illustration and interactive activities, etc. In this way, exhibitors will be able to promote their projects more specifically and systematically.
Suggestions:
Despite the routine practices of promotion, we suggest exhibitors the following approaches to enhance the effectiveness of promotion:
- Provide detailed and specific information of your project
- Make a list of the guests that will be invited to your seminar
- Invite industry authorities to speak in the seminar
- Choose an appropriate place and time
- Arrange for interactive sessions
